2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

GlobalScale.AI operates a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for AI-powered sales, marketing automation, CRM, voice agents, chatbots, scheduling, and funnel building.

3. ACCOUNT & ACCESS

- Each User receives individual login credentials.

- Sharing of credentials or sublicensing is prohibited.

- The User is fully responsible for activities under their account.

4. SUBSCRIPTION, FEES & BILLING

- GlobalScale.AI operates on a subscription basis (monthly or annual plans).

- Subscription fees are defined at the time of order.

- All payments are due upfront for the subscription term.

- Non-payment may result in suspension of access.

5. AI FUNCTIONALITY & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

- The AI system automates voice, chat, follow-up, and sales processes.

- AI outputs are generated based on training models but do not constitute legal, financial, or business advice.

- Users are responsible for reviewing AI-driven outcomes.

- The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

6. DATA OWNERSHIP & PROTECTION

- User data remains the sole property of the User.

- GlobalScale.AI acts solely as a processor of such data.

- Data security measures are implemented, but Users are advised to retain independent backups.

7. PRIVACY & DATA PROCESSING

- Full details are covered under the GlobalScale.AI Privacy Policy.

- By using the platform, Users consent to the processing of personal and customer data within the SaaS infrastructure.

8. AFFILIATE PROGRAM

GlobalScale.AI operates a multi-tier affiliate program with the following commission structure:

- Tier 1 (Direct Referral): 10%

- Tier 2: 5%

- Tier 3: 5%

- Tier 4: 2.5%

Commission payouts are conditional on:

- Active paying customers

- Valid affiliate account and KYC verification

- Compliance with applicable laws and tax obligations

- The Company reserves the right to modify commission structures at any time with notice.

9. TERMINATION & CANCELLATION

- Subscription may be cancelled at the end of each billing cycle.

- Upon cancellation, access is revoked and data may be deleted after a grace period.

- Early termination policies may apply depending on contract agreements.

10. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

- This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

- Dubai Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. AMENDMENTS

- GlobalScale.AI may update these Terms & Conditions periodically.

- Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications.
