The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

2. Scope

This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, process, store, and protect personal data when you use the GlobalScale.AI platform, including all tools, interfaces, and communication features.

It applies to all users, clients, and website visitors who interact with our services — regardless of whether access occurs within or outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

  • User account information: name, email address, phone number, company details
  • Payment and billing details: address, transaction references, VAT ID
  • CRM and customer interaction data: data uploaded or generated by users (e.g. contact records, notes, appointments)

5. Purposes of Processing

Your personal data may be used to:

  • Process payments, issue invoices, and meet financial obligations
  • Analyze and improve platform stability and usability
  • Train AI systems and enhance automation (if enabled)
  • Detect misuse, prevent fraud, and maintain security

6. Data Storage & Retention

  • All personal data is stored in secure, encrypted environments with access controls.
  • Data is retained only as long as necessary for the relevant purpose or to meet legal retention periods (e.g. §147 AO/HGB: 6–10 years for invoices).
  • When an account is terminated, data is deleted or anonymized unless legally required to be retained.

We work with carefully selected subprocessors to support:

  • Hosting and cloud services
  • Communication and email delivery
  • CRM automation and analytics
  • Payment processing
  • AI functionality

All subprocessors are bound by GDPR-compliant Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) and must meet strict security, confidentiality, and data integrity standards.

8. Data Hosting, International Transfers & Safeguards

Some infrastructure is hosted outside the EU (notably in the U.S.).

To ensure GDPR compliance for international transfers, we apply:

  • Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)
  • Encryption (in transit and at rest)
  • Role-based access controls and pseudonymization
  • Technical and contractual safeguards

10. Automated Processing & Profiling

Some features include automated processing (e.g. lead scoring, chatbot responses, speech-to-text).

No decisions with legal or significant effects are made without human oversight, in line with Art. 22 GDPR.

We use technically essential cookies for platform functionality.

Non-essential cookies (e.g. analytics) are only used with your explicit consent, in accordance with:
